Payment Information:
We do not store your credit card details. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We only retain subscription tier/status, payment timestamps, and billing history (through Stripe).

WRLDS is a platform that allows users to create, customize, and share 3D interactive worlds, including:
- 3D world creation and customization tools
- Social link aggregation and sharing features
- Character customization and avatar creation
- Analytics and visitor tracking (for premium users)
- Community features and content sharing
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.
3. User Accounts

5. Subscriptions and Payments
- We offer free and paid plans (Premium, Team) with additional features
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period
We reserve the right to change subscription fees with notice at the start of the next billing period.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use automated systems to access the Service (bots, scrapers)
- Harvest or collect user information without consent
- Circumvent any security measures or access controls

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of WRLDS Inc. and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WRLDS INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WRLDS Inc. from any claims, liabilities, damages, or fees arising from your violation of these Terms, your content, or your use of the Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
